FilmConvert Nitrate allows your artistic visions to come to life with custom-designed film stocks and grain structures, to achieve the authentic look and feel of film.
Nitrate’s film stock emulations are based on a selection of our favorite film stocks, scientifically built to bring authentic film looks to your footage. Nitrate analyzes the camera you shot on and adapts the film stock to your particular camera’s color science, which provides more accuracy when grading.
For more control over your final image in Nitrate, we’ve added Cineon LOG versions of our original film stock emulations. This means you can dial the contrast and saturation of our film stocks back to your liking while keeping the authentic film stock colors.
