From framing layout to detail drawing production, SAFE integrates every aspect of the engineering design process in one easy and intuitive environment. SAFE provides unmatched productivity to the engineer with its truly unique combination of power, comprehensive capabilities, and ease-of-use.
CSI solvers have been tried and tested by the industry for over 45 years. The SAPFire Analysis Engine can support multiple 64-bit solvers for analysis optimization and can perform both eigen analysis and Ritz analysis. Parallelization options are available to take advantage of multiple processors.
SAFE offers a single user interface to perform modeling, analysis, design and reporting. A new model explorer is available for quick access to objects, properties and forms.
SAFE is ideal for modeling foundations, basemats, and footings. Easily model soil supports and zero tension soil models with uplift analysis. The area assignment of soil supports is based on the subgrade modulus, and they automatically adjust whenever the mesh changes. Basemat foundation models can include pedestals, walls, columns, beams, and piles in addition to the foundation area.
Design strips are used to define how reinforcement requirements are to be calculated. SAFE can automatically define the strips for you, or you can define them yourself.

Minimum: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64
Recommended: Intel i5/i7, AMD Athlon X4/Ryzen, or better
A 64-bit CPU is required
The SAPFire® Analytical Engine includes multi-threaded solvers and algorithms that can take advantage of multi-core CPUs. The design algorithms can also utilize multiple cores. - Operating System

Minimum: Supporting 1024 by 768 resolution and 16 bits colors for standard (GDI+) graphics mode
Recommended: Discrete video card with NVIDIA GPU or equivalent and dedicated graphics RAM (512 Mb or larger) for DirectX graphics mode. The card must be DirectX 11 Compatible.
DirectX graphics mode fully utilizes the hardware acceleration provided by a GPU and dedicated graphics RAM.
For better graphics quality in terms of anti-aliasing and line thickness, the device raster drawing capabilities should support legacy depth bias. - Memory
Minimum: 8 GB RAM
The problem size that can be solved and the speeds for solution & response recovery increase considerably with more RAM. - Disk Space
6 GB to install the software.
Additional space will be required for running and storing model files and analysis results, dependent upon the size of the models
Recommended: 500GB or larger PCIe Solid State Drive (SSD). External and network drives are not recommended.
How to Download and Install CSI SAFE v20.3.0.2005
- Click on the download button(s) below and finish downloading the required files. This might take from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on your download speed.
- Extract the downloaded files. If you don’t know how to extract, see this article. The password to extract will always be: www.mysoftwarefree.com
- Run SAFEv2030LegacySetup.exe and install the software
- Run csi_safe_v20_kg.exe from the patch folder and apply the patch.
- CopySentinelRMSCore.dll from the patch folder into your installation directory, and replace the previous file
- You now have the full version of CSI SAFE v20.3.0.2005 (x64) installed on your PC.
